Hope Community Church
WIGSTON
The King's Centre | 10:30AM
Our Sunday gatherings are the highlight of every week!
At The King’s Centre, we begin our service by expressing our praise and thanksgiving to God through song. We also love to pray to God and have a talk from the bible because we believe the word of God is transformative. We end our service by taking time to receive and respond to God.
After the gathering, we spend time together as a church family over refreshments.
We aim for our gatherings to be encouraging and challenging for people who have been Christians for many years, while also accessible for people who have never been to church before.
Sunday Kids and Youth
After worshipping as a church family the toddlers, children and young people head out to their groups. These groups are specially designed to help them encounter Jesus and are lots of fun.
All the volunteers who work with, or lead children’s and youth work at HCC have undergone DBS checks in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
Finding us
The King’s Centre is situated opposite Aldi off Bull Head Street in Wigston.
Apart from a few accessible spaces near the front of the building, we do not have onsite parking for Church attendees.
We recommend the pay and display car park on Paddock Street or nearby side street parking. Please be respectful to our neighbours when parking.
Accessibility
We love having a diverse church and seek to make the church as accessible as possible for everyone. The King’s Centre is wheelchair friendly with an accessible toilet on the ground and third floor. We also have a hearing loop installed and a lift, among other inclusive adjustments.
For more information, visit our accessibility page.
FAQ
I've never been to church before, what should I do?
Be yourself and get involved in as much or as little of the service as you’re comfortable with! We don’t have a dress code so wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Don’t worry if you don’t know the words to songs or have a bible, we have screens and would love to gift you a bible.
We’re a friendly bunch, so you’ll make friends soon enough!
